Waikato vs Tasman

Have been busy watching my nephew get murdered playing for Sydney in the Aussie NRC in their game against the Fiji Drua up in Lautoka (they got arse raped something like 75 - 29!) so have missed this game (other than keeping on eye on progress scores). Will Ta$man be worthy of the win or have they jammied themselves the win for the second week in a row?

@Stargazer sure but a penalty try would have them with a better chance.
Why would it have been a penalty try? Are you referring to the Tupaea break?

@Stargazer less of a sore loser thing and more of a fuck the ref thing
Sounds like Cray Cray to me... The ref has been fine. Waikato got beaten is all.

Aight sure I'm pissed off. With the penalty try thing, isn't the rule that if there is a penalty infringement in a try scoring situation then they take the defender out of the situation. If not a penalty try, a penalty kick at least meaning would have been under 7 points and have a better chance at winning.

Ta$man a lot better in the second half with the wind, but another week where they've not been as good as in the early season. Mitch Hunt and Shannon Frizell both significant losses. Think we'll need Mitch back next week!
Taufua, Blackadder and Jordan impressive among the starters for Ta$man, but the bench guys really made a difference - Crockett, Sione Havili and Finlay Christie.
Quin Tupaea very impressive for Waikato.

A great day for running rugby so a bloody disappointing result as Waikato should have got something out of this game. We paid the price for having so little possession and territory in the 2nd half. The defence was much better than in the last 2 games and the scrum held up well except for one time, so some improvement there.
