Yeah cant complain. Shes pretty fit and pretty well rounded in the right places.

I also can't understand why you'd want to.

My free strava ran out again. Seriously contemplating the purchase for premium (or whatever its called) but had two strava issues of late where one ride just disappeared and one stopped recording after about 5km and I only picked it up during a break half way through.
What other options are there?

pen and paper ? that's how I keep track of how I'm going with workouts.
I'm probably not the best person to listen to though, my sons just about died of shock when I managed to sync my phone with the new car stereo all on my own. .

Do you use a garmin? If so you can just use Garmin Connect and skip the Strava step (they sync automatically if you link them)

Nah i don't. I just chuck the iphone in the camelbak as use it for listening to music while I ride. Strava gets turned on at the same time

I don use anything for workouts.... Just use strava to track rides and segments on the trails

Iโve dusted off the weights for weighted chin ups/dips/push ups. 4 x big plastic 20kg plates and about 40kg worth of rusty 5kg ones. I could make a fortune selling them in the current climate. Fuck knows where the bar is though.

Right, I'm officially halfway through Hotel Quarantine. Been trying to eat well, and I started off with 4 days off the booze until home-schooling the kids put paid to that ludicrous idea.
This is the effort so far - hardly smashing it, but keeping the body ticking over at least. Obstacle laps are basically a circuit of this apartment, doing 100 seems to be about 4.5k steps, lots of chairs etc thrown in the way to slide around, small things to jump over etc.
BTW, fuck skipping is exhausting! Such a good proxy for sports fitness I reckon - when you get the slightest bit fatigued, you fuck up the rope, akin to making really small mistakes in sport (like missing FT's in bball).
