Nothing yesterday. Wanted to get out for a ride but kept raining whenever I thought about it. Must have been a sign. Did have some chocolate cake though. Was decent.

Friday - shoulders, abs and arms in the am and then proper mtb ride in the arvo - only 20km of trails but something like 1300 cals. Two pies and then a curry for dinner washed down with a few hazys
Saturday - 16km ride with kids. Fries and espresso frap half way through. Also more hazys that night
Sunday - no exercise but another curry in what turned in to a sunday session with the neighbour. A few more hazy's consumed.
Monday - pull day in the gym wit focus on deadlifts. Sure had been a while but what hadn't been a while was curry as had leftovers for lunch.
