The amount of cash Ricky and Bill roll around in, I reckon they're probably doing something right.
I like having Frank as the guy rivalling nepia for hates fun.
@Frank wins easy, hates Shrinking and Bill Burr.
I'm looking forward to his review of Colin from Accounts

Middling fare for middling viewers.

Sum 41 are vastly underrated. Proper punk that managed to crossover to mainstream.
Love em

A couple of mates are huge fans. I have never really been one.
I appreciate them, like some tunes but I agree that they have been pretty bland for decades.
I saw them at Hyde park last year. Pixies supported and were far better than PJ. (I would say that as they are my fave band)
PJ should have played a career defining set instead they played lots of stuff that made me leave early and my 2 mates struggling to stay interested

Saw them live with my son here about 5 months ago - they opened for Offspring and were WAY better
Gotta Get away is a banger that holds up with the best of any groups of that era but I never quite liked them as much as other bands overall.
Never a fan of Sum 41

I was chatting to them afterwards and they said the same about you so I guess you’re even?

I’m just pleased they’ve heard of me. Not many people out of Wellington have to be honest

Blink 182 meets Offspring and Green Day in a dark suburban alley and raise a lovechild in Hairgel.

I don't understand how Friends ever became a thing. Deeply unfunny with irritating characters.

Even more puzzling when you watch an episode now. How I met your Mother was much funnier (still in the American obvious comedy style)

I wouldn’t quite say deeply unfunny, Joey had his moments as did Chandler and Rachel had other appealing qualities…..
-
@antipodean Agreed. Friends is still hugely overrated. As is How I met your mother imo. Personally, Seinfeld and Brooklyn 99 were my faves.
Thing I've noticed is that a lot of ppl love a half a dozen sitcoms that were not as well known as any of the above, but they forget about those until someone else mentions them.

Outstanding show.
Fun fact: Michael Richards ( Kramer ) auditioned for the lead in one of the only sitcoms that is funnier than Seinfeld and lost out…..

Which one?

When Friends was firing, it was firing on all cylinders
