"Ireland is considering emergency laws to return asylum seekers to the UK after concerns about an increase in the number of people crossing its (open) border.
The Irish government is attempting to overturn a judgment by the Irish High Court last month that returning asylum seekers to the UK as a “safe third country” was unlawful because of the risk of removal under the Rwanda scheme.
However the UK government is clear it will not accept any returns. “We won’t accept any asylum returns from the EU via Ireland until the EU accepts that we can send them back to France,” a senior government source said."
Rwanda 1-0 EU
@Canes4life I’m Aus based and tried on a couple of the Classic league jerseys to check sizing, usually go a size up from normal clothing size

I'm reasonably well read on political theory, my degree was related to that and I still read plenty on that topic. I've also read loads of leftist thinkers but I firmly consider myself in ~3 over lapping but relatively niche right wing groups.. I use social media to follow what I want. The algorithm should (and does) suggest people I may be interested in
If the service tried to 'correct' my thought because of some fetishisation of the centre (the centre of what exactly? Who decides what gets averaged out? etc etc) I would immediately quit
I'm aware of the bubble issues that raises. In some cases it's a valid concern but most of the time it's overblown and it's about control.
A narrow focus and also using lists probably helps keep the quality of what I see high
