    .

LEDESMA MAKES FOUR CHANGES FOR MUST-WIN TONGA CLASH

Fly-half Benjamin Urdapilleta, winger Santiago Carreras, hooker Julian Montoya and number eight Tomas Lezana come into the team, with Nicolas Sanchez, Agustin Creevy and Javier Ortega Desio moving to the bench.

Ramiro Moyano, who started on the wing in Argentina's opening 23-21 defeat by France, drops out of the match-day 23 altogether. Also out of the 23 is Juan Manuel Leguizamon, who will have to wait at least another week to equal Felipe Contepomi's Pumas record of 87.

Urdapilleta, who did not play for the Pumas at all between 2013 and 2019, will make his first test start since June 2013 in his 13th international appearance.

Carreras will be making his first test start after winning two caps as a replacement.

A sensible approach by Argentina to play close to their strongest lineup.

Can’t leave anything to chance on this one.

Tonga showing nothing with ball in hand similar to the England game where Takalua just put everything up from the base.

@Duluth Doesn't look too bad on replay. Thought it looked far worse in real time.

It seems that it's only a shoulder charge if you make contact with the head? 🤷♂

Clever (or lucky) by Lavanini to get that other arm up, bit odd by Peyper to buy that an arm "attempting to wrap" that is opposite the shoulder making the hit is worth anything though.

Itv commentator with a good point - why was Peyper in such a hurry and why only one camera angle?

Sumo mentioned how there was almost a balk on that Tongan throw. I thought he did that a couple of times in the first half

Time for Tonga to start playing Fukofuka more. He adds so much more with ball in hand than Takalua does.

Argentina are a shadow of the 2015 side. France and England should progress from the pool.
