In all seriousness, warm up dude, do a cirquit of burpees, air squats, lunges and crunches or planks. Basically anything what gets you breathing and makes you use various muscle groups. -

Opening hours of this place means it wouldn't make a difference at this point.<br><br>
It's kind of a box arrangement owned by a friend of the family who is a PT but the gym is only part of it. There are four trainers who moved around various sites (parks, schools, and the box) running various things like boxing, HIIT, upper or lower body sessions etc.<br><br>
Most days they have open gym for 1-2 hours in the morning, starting at which is when I go. Monday and Wednesday is open at 7am so that's when I turn up. Home by 8am so I can get to work.<br><br>
They're looking at extending them.<br><br>
Friday is 6am but haven't made it there that early yet. -
<p>There you go bro, 7am-7.10am is warm up time then 50min of weights before jetting off for home. Too easy skux!</p>

<p>Are you doing rack position or crossed arms for your front squats. I love em, nothing hits quads and core like fronts.</p>

<p>Bit of stretching and rolling out in front of the tv is a good way to sneak in post-workout recovery. </p> -
Not very environmentally friendly Nick. Why not invest in some equipment so you can train at home beside the Powerwall?

<p>So I got to gym this morning and did a little stretching and a set of front squats using just the bar - I found them uncomfortable and weird. Made no real difference to the performance. I was generally flat, so probably didn't sleep that well.</p>

<p>Squats: 5 x 5 x 110kg</p>
<p>Bench: 5 x 5 x 73kg - up from 72kg last time. Will keep creeping this up.</p>
<p>Bent row: 5 x 5 x 77kg - up from 75kg but wasn't super-happy with my form so will stick here.</p>

<p>The wife had to be out the door by 8AM, so that's all I had time for. I'll grab the roller after this morning's meeting and see what that's all about.</p> -
<p>yeah, it does tend to be a love/hate relationship!</p>
