Man, there has been some crazy good tries this afternoon, first in the Broncos/Dragons game, now Canberra have scored a couple.

Mediocre yet exciting game in the end between The Tigers and Bunnies. Koloamatagi, Graham, Arrow and Latrell staking late claims for Origin spots. Korosau nearly carrying the Tigers to victory on his own.

Personally would have had both Kolo and May ahead of some of those origin picks. Incredible energy levels

Right now I'd be happy if they offered Koroisau a million a year based on that effort. At least he did something other than getting sinbinned.

Yeah surprised that Max King got the nod with Utoikamanu an Olokolatu as backups. Thought May at least was guaranteed.

Put Latrell on his arse twice too haha. Otherwise it was a poor display from them which they still nearly got out of with Galvin until he dropped it over the line. Probably the worst I've seen Luai play too.

you know, the Tigers don't have any excuses, and maybe Lachlan Galvin is right. To lose by 10 to a very depleted Bunnies, if the Tigers are a serious team they can't be losing that. And they can't claim ambush given what Souths did last weekend. Especially after the absolute towelling they copped last weekend.

Wahs to second! And yet i still don't feel we're a threat to the top sides. We're scraping through against some average sides.
Comp looks like Storm, Bulldogs and Raiders at the top as the really good teams. A couple of good team below them in the Warriors and the Sharks (saturday result not withstanding).

And behind them a lot of flaky untrustworthy teams.

And then the Knights and the Titans. There is more life in the rebuilding Eels than either of these sides, and it's no surprise that AOB and Hasler are in very hot seats.

Very predictable NSW team. Very strong NSW team. When you get to leave May, Turbo, and Luia out it's not exactly fair is it?
Qld's rumoured team is very interesting, but not in a good way.

NSW 3-0 unless injury continues to hammer them (Haas and Crichton already in doubt) or Daley is an absolute spud.

spot on, will take our wins but they're hardly convincing.

I think AOB gone by tomorrow, Hasler cant be far behind

not as bad as i feared, but that Coates/Toia edge has me very worried.
Not sure Cotter is an edge forward, but he has that Origin mongrel to match what Martin and Crichton will bring.
DCE and Munster better have blinders given they are keeping Dearden out of the starting side.

both attacking geniuses but could be considered weak defensively for sure.

Like the Fermor addition, perhaps will move onto the edge and allow cotter some middle rotation as well. Could also cover Toia if he ends up a leak

May clearly isn't liked at all. Brandy came out bagging him last week, so clearly there is something behind the surface.

Either way, both May and Koloamatagi should be in the 20 man squad.

Another command performance from Luke Metcalf has carried the Warriors playmaker to the top of the Dally M Medal standings after Round 11 of the Telstra Premiership.

remember after Vegas? post after post on any form of social media about how we sucked and Metcalf was absolutely not him.
    That's like a different season.

Laurie Daley reckons Metcalf is easily the most improved player in the comp, and it's not close.

To be fair, he has improved a lot throughout the season, as has CHT. Do either of them look like they can close out a game consistently, probably no, but improvement is there.

I humbly eat my words at this stage of the season.
