I imagine Ennor’s extension through 2026 means he is right in contention to be named in this French series and rugby championship. Can’t imagine he would extend without holding conversations with higher ups. Just joining the dots

Is this an example of Razor being bold?

Extra bold when he starts him ahead of Proctor

Sounding like Aumua most likely out of the French series

The teacher's pet George Bell come on down

Yup. He is the injury cover who will be called in

@KiwiMurph to be fair Amua’s throwing in is real libility not that i’m saying Bells the answer either would have taken RR before both of them

Aumua was fine last year on the EoYT.

There is a lot of pressure on the Canes hooker given their lineout options. Often they had Kirifi, Lakai, and Iose as the loose forwards with two locks no bigger than 197cm.

I think I would have given Aumua some leeway after such a strong finish last test season but yes there are a number of players that have shown more than Bell

    RR
    McAlister
    Moananu

He was better than fine. Most posters were overwhelmingly positive about his impactful performance up North, including an 80 minute gem.

I reckon Big Jim is being named Monday. Saw an Instagram video with Mark Telea who is off to South Africa with Riccitelli, JRK, Sotutu and Beehre but not Tavatavanawai.

@hkkiwi According to ChatGTP, Ardie has a London-based agent who is part of Jay-Z's network and yes he negotiated his last NZR contract himself.

Reckon Chiefs/Blues games last two weeks might have caused some selection rethinking?

So who still has DMac starting for the ABs? Massive worry for the ABs when Beauden’s been average as well. Maybe time to starting blooding guys like Love and Reihana.

    Okay I'd go with:

Props: Williams, De Groot, Bower, Lomax, Newell, Tosi

    Hookers: Taylor, Taukei'aho, McAlister

    Locks: S Barrett (c), Vai'i, Tuipolutu, Holland

Back Row: Blackadder, Finau, Jacobson, Savea, Papalii, Lakai, Sititi

    Half Backs: Ratima, Roigard, Hotham

First Five: Beauden Barrett, DMac, Reihana

Midfield: Jordie Barrett, Quinn Tupaea, Reiko Ioane, Billy Proctor, Tavatavanawai

Back Three: Reece, Jordan, Love, Carter

I would love to see them roll the dic for the French - Dmac and BB are both known quantities so lets have a look at one of the young fellas

    Reihana might push Love out.
Though I don't want to see it.

@sparky I think that hotham isn’t quite ready for test footy yet - I honestly think that Christie has come back and played his best footy of his career this year and could/should make his way back
