    to satisfy peanut butter sandwich cravings, I sometimes have peanut butter with my brown rice. Yumm. That is surely an original recipe....

    Well done! However, aren't you supposed to lose weight, not get shorter?<img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';)' /><br />

    At this rate, I advise you to stear clear of English rugby players, they may start tossing you around.

    Had something similar to this vegan diet when eating lunch at the wife's workplace yesterday. They didnt have any meat left but had heaps of chick peas and lima beans so I piled them on with veggies etc. Was ok but farked if I could eat that every single day. <br />
    <br />
    BTW Bart what is the go with chick peas and lima beans? Full of protein but I assume there must be a downside.

    here's a typical post hiking meal I fix for myself. Well, this one was for two people, and rice was on the side. Took 10-15 mins I suppose. Served on a plate with brown rice, soup (the juice from the meal) on the side. Yum and easy.<br />
    Hooroo, did you ever try that recipe I posted? <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/rugby/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';)' />

    Just bumping this up for you guys in NZ, it's probably getting a bit cold there, and this is a simple quick and healthy winter meal-the recipe I posted on the previous page.<br />

    I've been having a break, strained my archilles in Feb-ironically, walking a lot on city streets as was busy....so can't blame the stairs. Actually, I do-I wasn't stretching enough, and reckon tight muscles caused me to put too much stress on the archilles, plus shoulda replaced the Salomon sneakers earlier. Finally getting some confidence back in it, although will be another month before can really put my foot down again.
