@Duluth Disagree, if they don't move the Hamilton Sevens to a much earlier or later date (they can't move the SR 10s, obviously). Both events would compete with each other for fans, who are unlikely to pay those high ticket prices for both events, if they are again two weeks apart.

You are over estimating how many would travel for either tournament. The vast majority of people will come from the hosting city. It isn't the Wellington tournament from over a decade ago
