Surprising result to date ... hang o ... no it's not.
Actually Drummond getting 3% over Christie 0% does surprise me.
That must be because you haven't seen enough of Christie. It's only Tim's bias that's got Finlay in the poll and Billy Guyton not!
(They're both Ta$man halfbacks).
Drummond is way better than both and up until Saturday night I reckon he was in the box seat to be third halfback. But, he's had two games now where his box kicking has been poor - once is a bad night at the office, two is a weakness.

Shame Stratton has been injured, looked really good playing against the Britsh & Irish Lions in the opening game last year when he played for the Babarians

Looked reasonable off the bench last week

If TJP is out of the French series too the AB selectors have a big decision to make. With Smith starting they have always chosen a second halfback who offered something different as the finisher, whether that be TKB or TJP. TTT is really a carbon copy of Smith so would you want to replace like for like? Smith would go the full 80 mins anyway.

T-cube the obvious frontrunner
If TTT wasn't on that list, I would have have voted for Christie. I rate this kid highly and obviously the main thing going against him is the fact that he hasn't played this year. But if we are going on pure potential, I think he has the most to offer apart from TTT. Plus he could be poached by Scotland so we should try to cap him asap.

New poll! Two votes this time for the two replacements that may be needed:
