    Good lad. The cheat day becomes a beacon at the end of the week, and is taking all my will power to wait. Especially as my wife is still eating things like chocolate and losing weight with zero exercise.

    I hate when they do that. Mrs the Aussie lost weight after the pregnancy while I was putting it on. She didn't have time to eat whereas at work, I did!

    I had a quarter pounder, most of a large fries (they made me nauseous at one point, but I pressed on <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />) and a diet coke <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' /> Besides that, two protein shakes and a cup of tea today with weetbix + banana for breakfast....

    Am going to punish you on Friday's double squash session <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' /><br />
    <br />
    Main thing you need to do is sort your diet out. Bor yourself during the week and have fun in the weekends.

    yeah Kirwan, that the key - eat well in the week, that way you can blow out a little on the weekend.  Wille Weka reckons the main reason he is loing weight is the eating thing - eating right, as opposed to his worlouts, whcih no doubt are helping too.  But eating the one.

    I have dropped my alcohol intake drastically. Basically having two big nights a month.<br />
    <br />
    Sugar is gone during the week, and fat is low. We get the shopping delivered so we are only picking good foods so we aren't tempted when we get to the shop. So all our dinners are good during the week.<br />
    <br />
    It's easy to be good at work, just pop into M & S on the way to work and get breakfast/lunch and I bring some fruit and a musili bar for snacks through the day. Never hungry.

    My only sugar intake is through beer.  I don't eat sweets and my tea and coffee hasn't had sugar in it since I was 18

    Problem with having a few quiets is it activates the appetite, then next day you crave food coz your body is trying to detox.<br />
    <br />
    Hooroo 2 failings I have is portion size and not enough water. Even if its healthy if you eat too much of it :knubble:

    portion size.  I was thinking that the other day - that is half the problem I reckon for most people.  me anyway.  Eating well is fine enough, but if you eat a kilo of bloody steak a go, and 3 cups of rice and half a packet of frozen vegies, you are still going to struggle to lose weight eh...<br />
    <br />
    So portion size, cut down there, and your waist will cut down too!!

    Yep - I've been doing the graze thing the last few weeks with little to no exercise and still held my weight. Now I've got the dander up to get stuck into the exercise while only raising the eating levels slightly.

    Sounds good to me.  Is 4 brown toast (No butter thank you sir) with Marmite or Honey a small portion.  If not, I'm really going to struggle as I like my brekkie and have been avoiding the tempting Bacon and Eggs, with bagels and Plum tomatoes..... God I'm hungry
