And back to the future with Frans Steyn in the 23. He hasn’t been in the test side for a couple of years and was in the wilderness a few years back.

And 38-yr old Schalk Brits on the bench.

He looked energetic for the Bulls this year despite his age.

The Fed looked pretty good in Wimbledon final aged 37 3/4!

    Tennis and Rugby.....mmm

    I know -- apologies.

Great first try. Try on debut for Hershell Jantjies.

Now an awesome try for Salakaia-Loto for the Walabies.

Edit: hmmm, try disallowed because the pass from Kerevi was deemed forward. The camera angle wasn't great. Not sure I agree with that decision.

That was a high tackle worthy of a YC.

Yanked the neck back when he was on the ground too. Definite YC worthy.

Nick White looks a completely different player to when he was at the Ponies.

Terrible recovery of the Wallaby forwards after that scrum and Boks make easy metres down the short side.

    Try time.

    Try Lood de Jager.

That new Springbok halfback looks handy.

Better from the Wallabies. Nice work by Banks and Haylett-Petty.

    Try time.

Dane Haylett-Petty scores the first Aussie try. They needed to score, with Esterhuizen still in the bin.

Narrow escape for the Springboks there. Would have been spectacular if the Aussies had scored.

Aussies continuity pretty good and some decent support play.

    Haylett-Petty butchered a try 😀

Geez Haylett-Petty having a huge and growing egg on his cheekbone.

Way too upright there from the Wallaby runner.

    HT: SA 14 - 10 Aus

    Not a bad first half.

I would’ve taken the 3 points right in front.

But in that scrum, the Bok halfback looked offside when he tackled the OZ number 8
