Bokke v Blossoms

@booboo But his decisions has a clear bias. Look a the last penalty call. What was different between what Maki did and Vermeulen earlier in the half. Yet Vermeulen won a penalty and Maki got penalised. Shit ref and biased. Seems to be the in thing for referees
Yeah ... I suspect if the ABs were on the receiving end I'd be calling bias.
That maul defence just now at the end of the half looked extremely dodgy but allowed.
Personally I think he's just a shit ref.

I think Berry watched the previous game between these two teams and is making up for that one :face_with_stuck-out_tongue_winking_eye:

This is interesting... Pollard off and Frans Steyn on at 10.
Glad they're testing this. Let's see how it plays out.
-
Terribly!
Steyn bounces a pass into Kolisi - easy intercept and gallop away for a Japan try. -
Boks seem disjointed. If the Blossoms could just drop a few less passes, they'd have at least 2 more tries.
-
Now Flo gets carded.
Not the best warm-up outing ever... -
95m Intercept try for Kolbe as Japan were meters from the Bok line.
Probably Karma (that's not Japanese is it?) after some very cynical off-the-ball taking out of Bok players by Japan in the lead up.
-
Japan finishing strong here though.
-
Herschel Jantjies scores a long range try after Japan lose the ball in the tackle.
Final score 41-7I guess the Boks will take that. But a lot to work on.

Did they do a lap of honour in recognition for finally getting their winning ratio against Japan to at least 50%?
Maybe!
But the cynic in me suspects it is part of a strategy to endear themselves to Japanese fans in the hope of getting some "home town" support in their games.
