I might have been biased and picked Tupaea but he did that last year. Tupou Vaa’i.

Vince Aso: if he plays a full season he has all the tricks in the bag to score a truck load of tries. I hope he stays injury free because he is fun to watch.

Break through player:
Lincoln McLutchie: A young talent who will want to push his case for a Super Rugby contract and nail down the Hawkes 10 jersey. I expect him to go well.

Not sure if he qualifies, but I'll go with Tanielu Tele'a. Didn't play much last season, but should get plenty of game time this year.

Between Taranaki and Otago for me. If Josh Ioane doesn't go to the RWC, I'll go with Otago. They were finalists last season and they tend to perform better than their team on paper.

Pisi Leilua or Temo Mayanavanua (am sure other teams will have thiers, but dont follow thier club footy to have a clue)

Taranaki, look stronger this season, and someone like Naholo should carve up at this level and with naki always having solid forwards, it should make his job easier, if all goes well (injury wise as well) I think Northland will be beaten finalists

I'm with @Magpie_in_aus in that I think Flanders is going to have a big season. I think Fakatava has probably already broken through.

Magpies. Can't ever bet against them. Have a good mostly home grown squad, and I hope they play the home grown guys mostly.
