Feeling good, was in charge for upper body today even with half a cider in me after a vid chat with some boys back home.

Little break then a run just over 3km again, pace down to 5:16 on average now and was bloody easy. Was tempted to kick on another couple of k's but the small rise at about 2.5km made me decide to quit while ahead.

2 runs tomorrow, one with Bonesetta then another on my old route later on to check progress. No workout.

    Still fat.

Sunday is "rest" day. Threw in a run and got challenged to do 5km so decided to carry on once I hit 3km and felt good.

Regretted that! Didn't help that the 4th km is a gradual climb the whole way. But got there at 5:22/km and happy to have done that little bit extra.

Started a bit too soon after those fucken beans though!

If the pool was open I probably would've gone down and done 50m I reckon.

You just had to go and ruin it by exaggerating, didn't you?

@voodoo I didn't say swimming. More a brisk walk beside the pool.

You need to line up some family or friend for a Skype call bro, this is not the time to start talking to yourself in the mirror again.

Leg day yesterday didn't go so good, legs were knackered still from Sunday. But did one set! Onwards and upwards tomorrow.

@MN5 I figured it was either new missus or you just did your most ever pull ups.

I have to be careful with her. She'll get me out running with her if I'm not careful. I did go to Round the Bays earlier this year.

I think I'm about two short of my best ever chins but I'm 43 next week.

Well fuck. Decided to chuck in a second run this afternoon after doing one with the other half this morning and of course had a lower calf blowout when I tried to up the pace a bit to get around some footpath dawdlers.

Hopefully not much of a strain and it's just having a moan at the extra work (it's the same side as I tore Achilles), felt like cramp at first.

Ugh. That sucks. I hate that feeling, and the limp home (reminiscent of the uni walk-of-shame).

@voodoo kept going for another couple of Kms almost! Stopped just short of 3km leaving myself only a ten minute limp.

I've been going for a walk / jog every morning in lockdown, for up to an hour. Have dropped 5kg in four weeks. This morning I jumped on the exercycle Mrs Shark hired pre-lockdown and did 11.5km. Hoping to sneak under the ton, for the first time since probably about 2003.
