Would like to get back down to around 75kgs, but anything below 80 is good for a start.Â

jeez, wont recognise you at the next bay game, maybe youll need one of those mini mafia shirts... -
Steppa, agree Rototuna is a true test of will power, Jesters, pub, KFC, Bakery, Fish n Chips..............

Mate, 75Kg's wot's up with that? You taking up being a jockey? -

75kgs might be too distant a goal at the moment, have been stuck on 80-81kgs for about 4 weeks. Fittest I've been in years though.

Cant be frustrating when you stall at a certain weight, get sick of hopping onto the scale and seeing the same number!. I was stuck between 86 and 87 for 3 weeks.
Thankfully have since dropped down to 84. -

80kgs seems to be my equilibrium heading in to winter, main thing is I'm feeling a lot fitter these days.

Ditto, I've been in the 80-81kg range for 6 weeks. Feeling much more energetic for it as well. -

I used to enjoy running in winter - tracksuit, jacket, wooly hat - made you feel like you were the star of a Rocky movie.. :coolsmiley:

The scales stopped at 79kgs tonight for the first time in about 5-6 years...
Dons' driving a pick axe through the centre of the scales as they rach 79 kgs doesn't usually give you a true reading.... <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />
