    Eveing Rows:  6500m  24:41.1 MINS.  6410m  24:42.0 mins.    Second Row to put me over the million metre mark for the season - 1,000,001 metres.  Then weights - bench press only, then 'coaching' Prop Cyril in a 20 minute interval row at the gym - a painful experience for one of us.  Must take a peanut bar or something with me next time to eat while he works...<br />

    Tuesday AT GYM:  8000m  31:24.0, then shoulder weights.  An accidental row, as thought to save rowing machine for Prop Cyril by rowing unttil he arrived.  Unfortunately, he never bloody did.  Although that row put me to 10 million lifetime metres on the C2 torture device.<br />

    Touch - gave a team a hiding 10-3, although it felt like a close game, as the scoring went 1-0, 1-1, 2-1, 2-2, 3-2, 4-2 so on until they scored the last try to make it 10-2.  But it was hard out, they were a good team with all the drives and boring shit like that.  We on the other hand with the Fijian brand keep the ball alive, 40 percent possession had a great time.  Managed the oipening score of the game being the last man in a 100-1 overlap...<br />

    LUNCH 8000m 31:10.2 - rowing in the midday sun - 28 degrees, nice breeze.  So getting a decent tan now too, although the neighbours must think I am a weirdo - more than usual.<br />
    EVENING  5500  20:40.0 then weights - chin ups are now a breeze.  WEighing in 96.5kg and 13% body fat.  WOuld like to get that BF lower.<br />

    TOnes the body no end - and weight loss -- now weigh in at around 96 after being a good 120 a couple of Xmas's ago.<br />
    <br />
    does nothing for your chest, but back / shoulder / lats in particular certainly have got bigger!!<br />
    <br />
    Also good for abs and legs - basiucally a whole body workout, go as hard or as easy as you like!!<br />
    <br />
    And for the journal - over the last few weeks have been rowing 50-60,000 week - bloody Christmas!!
