When did Sorensen decide to be a Kiwi? IIRC his uncle Kurt told one of his own sons that he wasn't a Kiwi because he didn't grow up in NZ.

@mariner4life What's this Neame guy like? Also what position does he play?

Neame is a lock. Bit of a weapon. Plenty of size about him. Is a bench player for a full strength Cowboys side.

    personally:

    Elite; Manu & JFH, Tapine

Class; NAS, Hughes, Rapana, & Mulitalo, B Smith

Great this year; Hiku, Clark, Brown, TMM

Good; Leota, Papalii, Riki, Niukore, Foran

    Meh; everybody else

Maybe a couple of seasons ago. He’s been very up and down. Agree on Tapine.

Just a kid and has a big future ahead of him according to a few pundits. Plays halfback so can’t really crack the Panthers team. Playing for the Dolphins right now.

Yuck, the picture I saw didn't highlight that, but now a look at google images shows he's almost full blown.

Anyway, always good to have a token white guy in the team. I assume he's the captain too. 😉

from what I’ve seen in the NSW Cup, he has a good left foot step and has a bit of size for a halfback, so doesn’t mind running it or playing dummy half.

It was a good Friday night of footy all round really. Brisbane had a real crack at Melbourne despite some significant outs and an on-field official team who seemed determined to fuck them.

@mariner4life watched a replay and the Storm don’t just get the rub of the green, they get the whole green forrest. They do play at a great pace though.

Wow. Thrilling finish to Raiders v Knights. Fantastic play from kiwi Joseph Tapine behind his goal line with 3 minutes to go and then the match winner at the other end with a minute to go.

ha ha, havent seen any sport for 10 days due to travel, but just seeing scoreline, I would agree with that.

and a further positive is we play the other cripple in the league the West Tigers next, who got beat by a similar score..by the Bulldogs lol
