He hit that as good as any Ferner would’ve hit an absolute shocker of a ball down leg side

It was a longhop. Perhaps one off the middle is all he needs.

I'll take it. It's not how, it's how many.

Game over unless Phillips fires again. Kane can fuck off, putting pressure on the side with shithouse batting.

Dear I say it, id rather see Guptill at 3 instead of Kane. Go hard or go home.

OK. I'm not watching any more (I hate watching us bat). I'm off to bed.

    Thank me later.

But it doesn’t show great intent. Kane is putting pressure on our other batsmen

Why use him in the power play? He doesn’t look to hit over the top.

The issue is too many dot balls. I wouldn't mind him nudging it around for 20 balls so long as he scored off nearly every ball.

    That was a nice shot.

Kane at 3 is a massive handbrake in 2o/20 and all teams know it.
Take the pace off with knuckle ball,Offies anything out of the back of the hand and a single is the best he can do.
And now every team knows it, easy to drive up the run rate and squeeze our bigger hitters in the middle order.

If Kane bats through we may not win but we will protect the run rate. If he gets out after consuming a lot of balls that is very bad.

Gezz negative Nelly's on here, we're still in this with 8 wickets in hand. If we can keep the RPO below 12 going into the last 5 we have every chance.

It is clear as day that we gave England greater scoring opportunities by just bowling out our quicks. Kane needed to be bolder with his options. England slower bowlers showing how it could’ve been.

It’s about to be 12 rpo with far more than 5 to go.

Agree we're gonna do it tougher than their batsmen as we'll have to make the pace on a pitch that is turning quite a bit.

Catching wise Ali trying to keep it even.
