meme game completes meme round. WTF even was yesterday? Why is Ricky Stuart such a fucking flog?
He's not the only one complaining, the refs are taking a kicking this weekend. The Roosters got away with murder in the ruck on Thursday night to hold off the Knights.
Melbourne struggled against the Dogs, but, as they often do, still won
The Broncos feasted on the huge number of Dolphins errors, but they won't care, any wins they bank with the players they have out are huge for them
We played out a draw, which we could have won. Manly are fucking weird, for periods of every single game they look the best team in the comp, and then they fall in a heap, and get run over. In a season where they have smacked Penrith, they toothlessly lost to the Dragons, and were up 14-0 to the Eels and lost. Are they good or bad? They are that Gattuso meme "sometimes a maybe good, sometimes a maybe sheet"
The Cowboys should have ben up 30-0 over the Eels on Saturday evening, they wer dominating, got the ball down a few times only to have them called back. Little calls kept (incorrectly i think) going against them, and eventually the Eels scored. THe 2nd half the Eels were better, but the game should have been over.
    Souths tried, and still lost.
The Tigers looked terrible, and lost.

The Top 8 is weird, and no chance it stays like that. Every single team is flawed at the moment, and that makes for fun weekends of footy.

Canberra have the ability to make a serious play at the comp and then offer up attacking plays like last night..shocking.
Personally don’t think we should have even been in the game against Manly but found a way to hang in there, at least it’s great to have a warriors team who wants to stay in the fight
Tigers will have Galvin back this week and don’t underestimate the ability he adds to that spine. Plus Fainu will come back after his 11 day rest.
To Mariners point, every team at times has looked good and shit and often all within the same game. Great comp this year even if it can excruciating watching your favourite team.

Yeah, hopefully he's using Japan to defamiliarise himself with the game and then he'll come to NZ to have a shot at the ABs.

come on guys, i love Manu as much as anyone, but he's about to turn 28. His chances of playing for the ABs are zero

Interestingly Japan and not France probably extends his career though

He probably could’ve gone wherever he wanted and got top dollar too, but it’s a really positive sign of how our front office and what’s happening on field is coming together.

@ACT-Crusader He still had two years at the Panthers it was only the fact he wanted to be closer to his family.

4 year deals at that age, don't always equate to value, but at approx 675k per season, I even think that not only did the warriors get someone at the top of their game, they actually did get significant value. Think I heard that he averages approx 20 games a season as well. Big win Warriors

anyway, the term "banana skin" gets thrown around on here far too liberally, but the Warriors are facing a genuine one this week, away to the Dragon

On form we should win this, our defense should hold the Dragon to too few points to win it. But there is a certain backbone to the Dragons this year, and they already ambushed Manly. I would be content to bank 2 points and move on

I didn't know that, definite cherry on top.
