Tyrone Thompson hasn't been named in the HB squad - yet.

Early release for league maybe? There’s 3 hookers named in the squad so highly likely he’s not going to be named.

@Nepia Looking at the squad graphic there are still two players to be named (three if you include a replacement for the now released Anzelo Tuitavuki).

Been told TJ Perenara signing 3 year deal to head to Japan at the end of this season. Odd because he has a contract running through next year.

Looks like the Herald finally goot around to reading this thread, the least Liam could do was mention us 'the herald understands..' = 'we saw on The Fern"

All Blacks halfback set for Japanese move

All Blacks halfback set for Japanese move

All Blacks halfback to depart at the end of the year to shine spotlight on halfback ranks.

Tamati Tua has apparently left the Brumbies for Exeter, and Peni Ravai has left the Reds for the Drua.

Interesting to see Ben Lam has signed for Catalans Dragons in the UK Super league. Will be interesting to see his transition and how similar he goes to Solomon Alaimalo

Patrick Tuifua is apparently leaving the HBay Mgpies for Toulon after the NPC. Seems France won the tug of war for him.

@family-man DMac not going on the EOYT then. Wonder if that means Mo’unga is on his way back for 2025.

DMac is signed with NZR and the Chiefs/Waikato for 2025. I doubt he would be granted an early release.

I find it funny that a player that failed to win two World Cups is all of a sudden going to be our savior.

Haven't read anyone say that. He might be a good pick for the Crusaders though.

If that is the case Plummer needs some time running the cutter against Aussie. We need to take stock now

100% if we are going to build depth we need to start giving guys minutes instead of persisting with players that are unlikely to feature at the next WC.

A few scrappy minutes here and there doesn't count either. Look at Rassie, he's giving his squad serious minutes and will reap the rewards
