@jegga looks like his self imposed exile has merely delayed the inevitable. No word on Sweden (or was it Norway?) Wanting him first?
Not sure , Sweden won’t extradite him if there’s a chance he can face the death penalty.
Personally I’d love to see him convicted of rape first, there’d be a few die hard fanboys that’d say it’s a bogus conviction but it’d be tough for anyone with an ounce of integrity to try and claim a man with two rape convictions is a hero. What I always found hilarious was the notion that Sweden was more likely to extradite him than the UK. That was always a bs argument to avoid having to face the rape charge.
What's even more hilarious is how this guy is a hero/villain to the left or right depending on what he digs up. During the Iraq war he was lefty scum, but during the US election Hannity was interviewing him like a pal.

The Sweden was more likely to extradite him was a huge reach even for the activist tards that managed to convince themselves that the two women he’s accused of raping were CIA honeypots sent to entrap him .
Seeing Assange interviewed on Fox in such a glowing way was a highlight of the election campaign.

It's the comments of his supporters which crack me up. E.g. His sentence for jumping bail is now “a question of life and death for Mr Assange”.
Though the judge summed it up nicely - "It's not for you, Mr Assange, to decide the nature or extent of rape investigations against you"

I would have paid good money to be in the courtroom to see him say that to the creep.

I'm sure this will come up in court regarding his grubby habit of removing condoms and having unprotected sex with women while they are asleep.
"Often I sat in large groups and listened to Julian boast about how many children he had fathered in various parts of the world," Domschiet-Berg claimed.
"He seemed to enjoy the idea of lots and lots of Julians, one on every continent. Whether he took care of any of these alleged children, or whether they existed at all, was another question."
According to police documents, another witness claimed that Assange had "at least" four children. It is unknown where the children are located or who their mothers are.

Jesus , what bullshit from his lawyer
Hrafnsson criticised the Swedish handling of the case. He said: “This case has been mishandled throughout. After the Swedish prosecutor refused to question Assange in the Ecuadorian embassy for years, it was only when forced by Swedish courts that she travelled to London to finally question Assange.
“Then Sweden wanted to drop its arrest warrant for Assange as early as 2013. It was the British government that insisted that the case against him continue. Since the investigation was closed in 2017, we have received reports of the destruction of records and correspondence on behalf of UK and Swedish authorities, surely an impediment to a thorough investigation.
“Assange was always willing to answer any questions from the Swedish authorities and repeatedly offered to do so, over six years. The widespread media assertion that Assange ‘evaded’ Swedish questioning is false. This investigation has been dropped before and its reopening will give Julian a chance to clear his name.”
Ideally he finishes his sentence in Britain, then serves say five years in Sweden then 20 or so in the states.
