alot of the power lifters and MMA fighters are right into it,

Does anyone have any experience ? how do you find it etc ? -

Been using KBs for the last few years. Love them. The handle just makes them so much easier to grip and do a range of exercises than a dumbbell.

One and two arm swings, Turkish getups, 1-arm Overhead squats, 1-arm clean and press

The swings done with good form are one of the best full body exercises around IMO. Great for both strength building and for busting a gut. -
Check out my Fat Buster thread and you will see quite a few KB work out variations. The KB's are absolutely hell, but you will end up loving them

Yeah, as soon as I saw this thread title I thought of your program you do a interesting variety of exercises with these.
I generally do the two handed swing with the 24kg, and just kills your entire body, just an awesome workout. Still working up to the 32kg one.... -
love kettle bells. I would get a trainer to take you through something like Turkish get-ups as there are lots of different elements to it. If you can download apps - take a look at the Samuel Pont ones - he's got kettle bell drills for fitness, weightloss, muscle building etc
