so as a prop he is the tractor version
-
Italy dominating possession. Canada look a bit shit
-
Very soft defence.
-
That's the game.
Sad fro Canada, they have slipped a long way back in the world. Disappointing
-
-
Credit to Italy though - they are actually throwing it around - so much different to their usual style. Good stuff.
-
Geez, if Italy scores this easily against Canada, what kind of monster score can we expect from the ABs and Springboks when they play the Canadians?
-
Pitch is going from disappointing to dangerous.
Think they may regret only having two matches in Sapporo.
-
@Duluth That was pathetic. Canada making Italy look like world beaters.
-
Namibia might be eyeing up a win v Canada.
-
I haven't seen a lot of him, but Jake Polledri looks like a star in the making. Very impressed with him.
-
How the heck does Olmstead not make this Canadian 23?
-
He's buying all the beer all tour
-
Hahahaha

Injured. Should be back for the next game
-
Jayden Hayward
Dean Budd
any other kiwis out there?
-
@nzzp Josh Larsen
-
Canada have woken up
-
Kingsley Jones, the Canada coach, must be livid.
Canada could/should easily be within one score and really putting it to Italy.
-
Agree with Wayne, penalty only. Not like it was one of those situations where a try was basically a gimme.
-
HT: Italy 17 - 0 Canada
-
@Stargazer should be a one score game, even though the pass was dropped by the number 6, I thought Adron should have drawn and passed earlier.. letβs hope Canada score early..where is Evan Olmsted..?..

Canada should be kicking themselves.
Except Heaton. He should get someone else to do it in case he misses.
-
Tackled before the ball.
Penalty try.
-
Canada look dire, they've butchered a few chances so far including one of the worst drops on the line I've ever seen. This Steyn fella at No. 8 looks quality. We are going to murder Canada next week without getting our of second gear. Jordie to start at 10?
-
The ABs coaches should mix it up for this game to make it entertaining. A few forwards in the backline and a few backs in the pack.
-
Haha, speak to your team and speak to yourself as well.
-
It's not Heaton's night. First he drops the ball and spoils a certain try. Now, he concedes a penalty try and gets yellow.
-
Just for fun, what is the most "B" lineup we can roll out, in terms of personnel and position?

Back to the game at hand
Canada having to chip ahead because the Italians have been offside all night.
Poor from Owens and team.
-
England must be wondering how Poledri got away.
Same with the scrum half Braley.
-
Try of the night
Well done Canada
-
Great play from MOTM Poledri
Cracking try Italy
-
@MiketheSnow Polledri has had a field day tonight.
-
Italy has done what they had to do. Win and win well.
I really wonder who is going to win the Namibia v Canada game on 13 October. They're nos. 23 and 22 in the World Rankings. The two lowest ranked nations at the RWC.
-
I really hope Negri and Polledri play against SA and NZ.
-
Italy played well in attack but boy they were camped offside in defence.
Canadian rugby is in a hole and itβs hard to see them returning to their competitive state from the 90s.
