One hole remaining, almost impossible for him to lose from here.

Scheffler is really good but he is so fucking boring. Just a golfing metronome.

A bit like the Saders in golf form. Boring as hell, but they get the job done.

I'm happy Scheffler won. I like it when the champions elevate like that. For his brilliance it felt a bit light that he only had two majors, both at Augusta. So it's good to see him expand and there's IMO a big difference between winning two and winning three.

He's also won a gold medal so needs to win the British Open and US open to do what no golfer has ever done.

I don't mind him being boring, that's just his personality. Better than most golfers these days who seem to throw their toys when things aren't going right.

How is Scheffler only 28? He seems to have been 35 since he first turned pro.

Quite the collapse for Rahm to drop 5 shots in the final 3 holes.

@mariner4life I misread your post, assumed you meant personality wise, rather than on the course.

Foxy tied for lead at -14 at the Canadian Open, I think the top 3 get entry to the US Open next week.

Heard him say winning his first the other week has made him relax. Paraphrasing, but he's not afraid of hitting a bad shot any more, because the pressure has gone.

Let's go Foxy! Would be awesome to see him pull off another good finish and a ticket to the US Open.

Over in Europe flying the Kiwi flag is Daniel Hillier who is tied for 28th place at the KLM Open in the Netherlands. Hillier is in the Top 10 in the Race to Dubai Rankings and if he can hold onto a Top 10 place in the rankings at the end of the season he will earn himself a PGA Tour Card for 2026.
