@steven-harris Looking forward to the Drua v MP game on 14 May!
-
@steven-harris Yup agreed. I feel like they'll be a fairly strong outfit come year 2-3 once they've spent more time together.

@african-monkey to be honest ,i think in the long run this will be good for MP being tested from these NZ teams ,each week you see incrumental improvement in certain areas ,they took a massive step back in terms of discipline against the Landers ..when they do hold the ball they can create opportunities ..
I think they are travelling way better than the Drua who are playing some very average OZ teams and struggling in so many areas capable of scoring brilliant tries but for most parts looking like they have all met for the first time on the fieldDrua have a much worse team. Those guys are nobodies and Bayden Kerr. MP have experienced players mixed in there which makes a big difference.

Can Hames talk like a human being?
Perhaps he's trying to?
-
Wonder if McRobbie will be chased by NZ Franchise for next season ..
Can see Counties Manukau having a very useful team come NPC -
Tosi capped by ABS by the end of the year?
-
MP's next quick turnaround may be brutal.

They almost just need to give up on a game. They should be able to beat plenty of the Australian teams and have an outside shot at the top 8.

MP defence has been atrocious, missed tackles might be their top stat? Don't think canes can take anything from this.
Yeah, I think that the playing schedule has taken its toll on MP.
But unsurprising that the Canes get a big win when they select a record high number of Magpies.
