Pissing down rain in to the wind with a damp field and he goes for a 45 meter drop kick with no advantage after full time…..

Sullivan is a #12 and he might be an all black 12 if they make that decision.

RTS was never a 12, he was always a fullback / wing

Daft option for DG. Could have played for a penalty.

Sullivan has all the skills for a good ten, but his decision-making isn't there, yet. That will come with more experience (hopefully).

Zarn had some seriously dumb errors in this game.

The short restart on halftime nearly cost them 3 points - was a high risk low reward play in the wet.

His long bomb won a knock on and then he booted it away losing the advantage

    That drop goal.

If Zarn wants to make higher honours he needs to nail down the blues #12 jersey

Unreal performance from a Taranaki team missing several starting players
    Not much more say

I’m starting to think the same. And also, a very good fullback that can cameo as first receiver

I can't say i'm too impressed by McGrath as Auckland coach.

Auckland have gone from one mediocre coach to another.

@Dan54 staggering when you think about it
and when you consider their 2 guys who were at lock are around 6’2,6’3 and they came in late ,truly sensational

If you ignore the conditions limiting the game plan available, causing most of the mistakes.

Blunted our attacking options, and some truely bizarre ref calls too. Touch judge on this side never called the offsides either.

Massive errors. The season would be a lot better if Plummer (when fit) was at 10 and Sullivan at fullback

    Or even McKenzie at 10
