I know you're not one of them but people that dismiss Stevenson for his defensive "frailties" then happily promote Jordan as a god amongst fullbacks need their head read.

Starting XV pretty much picks itself outside of the locks and loose forwards. You’d assume Lord starts then the other three locks are all fairly close.
Loose forwards, you’d assume Hoskins starts at 8. Three specialist 7’s unless Lakai also plays 8? I’m not sure. Six is interesting but Haig seems a tad green to start when you’ve got a lot of playing time in other other positions.

Yes - but, apparently there needed to be articles written about how Razor and Ryan refuse to work with Blues forwards - and Ryan apparently has an obvious feud with Hoskins.
And then this team gets named and there's silence!

Think Chris missed the bit where the best 8 in the country was named in the second xv behind bit part players or guys who never play.

Five hours and the silence is deafening, guys!
I mean, Fihaki over ENS(maybe injured so excusable), JRK and Z.Sullivan is an absolute joke within itself. Dallas McLeod should consider himself extremely lucky but hey, he wears the correct jersey during super season. Don’t even get me started on the Crusaders 3rd string hooker who has somehow managed to sneak his way into this squad… if you read above, there was no silence, I pointed it out. It’s a shame but it is what it is, Razor likes to pick for comfort.
I’m pleasantly surprised we didn’t see more in there so it could be a lot worse but we can deal with it due to how many others are actually being given a chance here. Some much more deserving than others.
