25 Cole Forbes (Bay of Plenty)The University of Waikato Chiefs Under 20’s have been named to play the Hurricanes Under 20’s at FMG Stadium Waikato tomorrow as curtain raiser to the Gallagher Chiefs versus Sunwolves match. Kicking off at 5.00pm the University of Waikato Under 20’s will again be on the hunt to deliver another comprehensive performance tomorrow evening. The University of Waikato Chiefs Under 20’s last week sealed a 27-24 win over their northern rivals the Blues Under 20’s in a competitive and physical encounter. Four changes to the starting fifteen will all feature in the forward pack. Loosehead prop Wesley Tapueluleu moves from the bench to start in jersey number one. Gallagher Chiefs lock Fin Hoeata will combine with University of Waikato captain Tupou Vai’i in a tidy locking combination. Peni Finau moves to blindside with Jeriah Mua starting at openside flanker. Other new additions in the 25 man squad include Bay of Plenty props Jonas Pomare and Benet Kumeroa in this week as cover alongside Gallagher Chiefs Luke Jacobson and Bay of Plenty midfielder Dennon Robinson.
I have posted the Hurricanes U20 line-up here.
If you notice players older than 20 in the squad: that's due to wildcards. See the text under the Hurricanes U20 line-up.
