A different Westworld trailer.
I feel like I'm going to be even more lost than last season.
I found it much easier to reconcile when I found out young whathisface was actually Ed Harris.

Well it lost me last season.

I knew that from the start. It was some of the Bernard-Dolores scenes that confused me about which timeline they were in.

An acquaintance of mine showed me that someone had made an edit of the show that put everything into a linear timeline. Much easier to follow, but IMO detracted from the show somewhat. Can't find it now.

this looks good!!

watched forst ep of The BOys last night after the rugby, and I reckon I'll keep watching!!
Urban employing a British accent, I didnt even realise which character Starr was (despite wondering who his character was in RL haha)
Pretty solid cast, Elizabeth Shue, Simon Pegg and some other familiar looking faces
Also decided to re-watch Band of Brothers, first ep in I had forgotten how much a cnut Sobel was

I'm guessing Simon Pegg is the young guy, brought into the team?
That is some good casting... I can't imagine Urban nor Starr as any of the other characters... but, holy-fuckballs, I'm looking forward to seeing some of this. -

Yeah, blond Starr was not an easy pick without a close look. Urban's accent was fucken weird. Drifted between mockney and ocker.

i was going to get a free trial for Prime anyway, as i wanted to watch American Gods. This will push me to do it.
Also, isn't Jack Ryan on there? was that any good?
-
@mariner4life I enjoyed it. Good Omens is on there too, that was worth watching. More importantly, they have the new series of The Expanse, best Sci Fi on TV since Battlestar Galactica.
-
@Kirwan @mariner4life yeah I liked Jack Ryan.
Struggled to get into Good Omens.

yea, Good Omens looks really good.
I just need to actually follow through and finish these shows. The Tour has meant i took a couple of weeks off watching anything else (except ninja Warrior) with the kids, and now Foxtel have taken Warrior off On Demand. So chalk up yet another unfinished series.
I have commitment issues
