So an old HK friend is now Mike Bloomberg's chief recruiter.
I've never ever seen anybody drink the cool-aid as much as her when it comes to the swallowing the corporate line. Her career did wonders at Bloomberg, which is not surprising it's taken her many places - I'm really happy for her.
BUT.
If her constant virtue-signalling, heavily left leaning, democrat loving social media presence over the last few years is anything to go by, Mike Bloomberg is not somebody to vote for.

This is a lot of fun.
2 progressives talking about all that is incredibly wrong with the progressive movement and that things should change! Also orange man bad and you are stupid for voting for him, but we should really do something about progressive madness. If only there was something we could do...
Ok not quite that bad but they seem so mind numbingly close to being Trump fans if they could just break some programming. I was at my Mrs family's house for Christmas and saw the exact same from her siblings and another from Portland, within a 5 minutes period they discussed how Trump is evil and the wall is stupid..and then also in regards to my Mrs family migrating to Australia how great it is the Australian immigration point system..

This may be faked, but I like it either way

Thanks for the link - starting now.
Leaving Rogan to one side though, I can see how someone like Maher who sees themselves as a dyed in the wool social progressive would find it near impossible to come around to a republican - simply due to the Supreme Court appointments.
Even if you reluctantly come to the conclusion that Trump is a necessary, but unpleasant political enema (or merely a better option than Hillary) in all other facets its reasonable to see how a decades long hangover in the form of Supreme Court appointments is reasonably a deal breaker for people those on the progressive wing.

Looking forward to more graduate students who can't write a sentence or solve a simple differential equation.
Katie Herzog is only the second most hated person at the stranger, that should help her on her goal to top spot.

Not sure how closely people have been following the shenanigans, but while Democrats have face-planted badly in their inept strategy to get rid of Trump, they’ve been quietly changing their primary and Convention rules to make sure Bernie doesn’t win. They’re stacking the deck against him, 2016 redux. (Obviously, they’re putting the screws to Yang and Tulsi too, but Bernie looks like either frontrunner or No. 2.) And they’re bending over to promote a billionaire candidate.
-
@Salacious-Crumb I'm not tracking what they're up to re stacking the deck against Bernie, but they're right to do so if they can. Trump will eat him alive. Biden too. It'll be embarrassing.

A rampant socialist like Bernie can't win in America. At least the DNC are smart enough to acknowledge that.

They're struggling for viable candidates once again. Warren won't exactly strike fear into Trump either. Most likely outcome is another 4 years of Trump at this stage.

@No-Quarter yep, they've been a disgrace.

I don’t think Bernie has the charisma to beat Trump in a general, but could he do it? Hell yes he could.
We don’t know the number of Sanders supporters who jumped shipped to vote Trump against Hillary, but there is plenty of anecdotal evidence it happened.
Look at the reed-thin margins Trump won in the blue collar rust belts Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin — where Bernie is VERY popular with working class and young people. If they get mobilized....
Do I think it’s going to happen? No. (Confidence level: 3.5/5) Can it happen? Don’t laugh, but yes it can.
