the arm swung because he didn't have nything to grab because Foley was already on his way down
-

Clear penalty but it's a harsh YC when a player drops in front of you like that.

-

i would want to see that at normal speed to be sure, but in the slo-mo it looked like he could have pulled out after foley slipped - and that makes it nasty and dangerous. if i was sure of that i'd give him red, but i might well be being fooled by the slo-mo.

I have no idea how Skelton didn't get marched for his elbow drop on to Shield's head. -

Yeah and so did the Skelton one but then you liked a post saying you could penalise any clean out based on slow-mo. So, ya know.
-
Folau is so dangerous, surprised that's the first time I've noticed him this match.

It can be argued both ways I think. Alot of times it is ruled to be a knock on when the ball is actually stripped.
-

The Hurricanes started with assurance and authority - that work by Corey Jane for Barrett's try was, well, what Corey Jane does - all class. The second half of the first half was disjointed and the Waratahs got their tails up but the ease of Jane's try a minute or two ago showed just how much better your lot is when they focus and play with speed and precision.
