Parker is a very promising player and would have been at short odds to be the NZ U20 no.8 this year. He's a big unit for a loosie too.
Welcome back Shaun.
A player to compare him to in style please? That way we can have super high expectations.....

Crusaders stalwart Sam Whitelock is set to become the seventh player to bring up his 150th game for the club, when he takes the field in Hamilton on Saturday night. Head Coach Scott Robertson has named his side for the Round 8 match against the Chiefs, and Whitelock, now in his 11th Super Rugby season, has also been named Vice-Captain for his milestone match. There are two changes in the forwards this week, with George Bower joining the starting side, and Isileli Tu'ungafasi providing cover at loosehead prop on the bench. Joe Moody will not travel to Hamilton with the side due to a family bereavement. Flanker Sione Havili joins the starting side in the number six jersey, with Tom Sanders shifting to Number 8 in place of Whetukamokamo Douglas, who is recovering from a medial ligament injury. There is just one further change in the backline this week, with Mitchell Drummond earning a start, and Bryn Hall named on the bench. Fetuli Paea will once again line up in the midfield alongside Jack Goodhue, with Braydon Ennor still recovering from the toe injury he sustained in the Blues game.

Other than Moody isn't that the team that lost to the Canes? But of course with Hall dropped to the bench because he was the problem.

Yeah but we suck hard at the moment! I can see us playing well next season when Gatland pokes on off for the year

Paea looked to be a passenger last week, hope he and Goodhue have better games otherwise the Crusaders will struggle again. Their forward pack is a step down on previous years so the backs need to be humming.

@Tim I'm not surprised. I watched the "incident" several times and it was only TJP with his usual theatrics screaming it was a punch (which was repeated by the commentators), and an AR saying something liket Strange's (fore?)arm hitting Jordie's face/nose. On the images that were shown by Sky, you can with some imagination (it wasn't in close-up) see that Strange's arm touches Jordie's face, but you can't see any striking motion. They didn't show any replay of the incident (the ref didn't go to the TMO), so I can only assume that other camera angles showed that there was nothing in it.

Quiet I'm trying to imagine what would happen if Strange punched Evans or Lowe. Do you think those nearby would notice all the air be sucked out of the room before the explosion?
