Levi is about 200 kg, I met him at some radio promo we did. Really nice bloke, my oldest son was terrified of him haha. -

Fark, that is super beefcake. He seems like a really nice guy but I wouldn't like to see him hungry!
-

Oath, that is a LOT of kai. I've watched a few strongman and elite BB videos about diets and that is right up there. There's only so many ways to make a kg of chicken look good with next to no oil or flavouring! Must take the pleasure of eating out of the equation.

Have to admit that I do scrambled eggs for two with about 6-7 eggs. But that many hardboiled... maybe not

If I ate that many I would live in fear of a methane related gas explosion destroying the house -

I love scrambled, omelette or poached (I do fry them when I put one in a burger) one of our chickens supplies a double-yolker once a week, so it'd be rude to waste her efforts.

Scrambled or omelette all the way for me. Although aren't we supposed to only eat the whites? Yolk has all the flavour as far as I'm concerned plus it seems a waste to throw it out, so I'll just have to put being a finely honed athlete on hold for now.

There's been concern over the years re eggs (specifically the yolk) being linked to high cholesterol but studies have actually shown that regularly eating eggs can actually lower your low density lipids (ie "bad" cholesterol) and raises high density lipids.

Sure you are getting fats from the yolk so if want to avoid fats you could just go egg whites but for mere mortals like us, I wouldn't be too worried. Before cutting yolks (which actually have great nutritional value) you are better to eliminate all other more fatty foods ie anything fried.

Some copy and paste re nutrional value of yolks...

They contain 100% of the fat soluble vitamins A, D, E and K as well as all the carotenoids, lutein and zeaxanthin found in an egg. They also contain more than 90% of the calcium, iron, phosphorus, zinc, thiamin, folate, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12. Compared to the yolk, the white doesn’t bring much to the table in terms of nutrients. An egg white contains more protein than the yolk, but it’s only because the yolk is smaller. -
JK got it off the interweb, that's enough 'research' to keep me eating eggs. Not quite 15 a day but still....

How do you guys poach them? I go for the lots of vinegar/salt approach and wait til the water is boiling. I also put them in the water very slowly and carefully. A big pan is a must as well when doing four at a time. Some folk go for the swirly water trick but that doesn't work well for me. -

I have one of these

31 at the moment (180/100).

Drop to 93kg to get to 28. That is sustainable, but still overweight apparently. I'd need to get to 81kg to be "normal". I'd be skeletal. And my oversized head would look even worse.
