I get why a few Blues fan are doing the "woe is me " bit. No sensible fan likes losing one little bit.

    But some perspective please:

You were beaten by an outstanding Highlanders team effort today. That was one of the very best performances by the Highlanders in their 30-year history.

It's a long way to the business end of the season. I can see the Blues challenging for the title if they play it tighter, go back to a forward-orientated game and sort out their back line defence.

Yeah and we have all acknowledged that in fairness. Can things get better? Of course. But as most of us have pointed out, as of right now, we ain't looking great.

Gez what was Reiko Ioane doing all night, was he even playing??

Chasing BBs mediocre kicks all night.

Well he certainly wasn't tackling or creating breaks. Lam was the same,I just saying the whole bloody lot wer poor, especially forwards. Even Pat T admitted he stuffed up lineouts. Loosie were done like a dogs dinner too!

No one was solely blaming Beauden - just saying he should be dropped.

Regardless of who you support (except Blues) that was great value for the comp. The game was won by a team just causing absolute chaos, and not allowing the loss of numbers be used as an excuse. Bloody Holland looked twice the player that Pat T did tonight, not suggesting he is, but tonight he gave a lesson why I think he will be 100 test AB. Same thing happened through whole backline, if you picked a team out of tonights 2 teams, I not sure one Blues back would make it.

Not disagreeing with that KM, but by the powers most of Blues should be after that. Don't look for one to blame/drop when almost whole team was done like a dogs dinner.

Abyway bedtime see what I think in morning!

@Mattasaurus They need to find a place for them somewhere in the coaching setup.

I know it's only round 2 but I would suggest ABs need to move on from Mark Telea at wing. ABs need more dynamism out wide.

I thought Dunshea was Hugh as well for the Highlanders.

Did TUJ go to school with him?

The Umaga-Jensen brothers and CGB were in the same Scots College 1st XV.

Chay Fihaki will most likely get the gig

    This one
A drunk dude tries to find his house.

He comes to his house and rings. His wife opens the door. He says: "Does Hugh Jass live here?". His wife yells: "It's you Hugh! You're drunk again!"

He says: "I know it's me, I'm asking do I live here. "

Balance of that Blues pack looks a little off.

And they missed Choat's impact in the last quarter

Stats in his first game back would be an interesting comparison against an uninjured Blackadder....
