Prpfessional coaches judging players by the appearance of their conditioning is not out there. It's relatively common. They don't like it when players look too pudgy. That's why they have nutritionists in their teams.
The more you ignore players with the same build being selected and that the pot belly is in your imagination, the more unhinged you look.
What are you talking about dude?
Which back in the All Blacks is built like Tavatavanawai?
I've already given you the names of others with pot bellies.
I missed that and had to look back on your posts. Are you seriously suggesting that ALB, Clarke, Sititi, have the same type of build as Tavatavanawai?

They have a pot belly just like he does.

Sorry but I'm not seeing it. Sititi has a girly waist as you put it and he's easily the biggest out of Clarke and ALB.

@brodean bingo, now you get it.
Nah I don't get it eh. They look nothing like Tavatavanawai's build.
Anyway we will have to agree to disagree that some professional coaches consider conditioning and players appearance.

The media release said a 35-man squad. They often cheat and add extra players under the guise of injuries to other players.
So a 19/16 split?
Prop x 5
Hooker x 3
Lock x 4
Loosies x 7Halfback x 3.
1st 5s x 3
Midfield x 4
Wing x 4
Full back x 2Personally would be inclined to add a prop, and drop a back.
Agree with @Duluth about coverage of fullback, and there's likely Wing coverage in Midfield.

What will give us the most impact? Forwards are generally less likely to go the full 80 in top shape, we probably need to match the saffas

The pot belly is key to the low centre of gravity for turnovers. You just flop it up there on the tackled player and it provides great stability while still looking like you are supporting your body weight.
You have a nice spot to balance the remote too
And use a tray for snacks

This article keeps coming up revealing nothing other than both returning the year after next, giving them very little time to prove themselves for selection. Does anyone think they may have struck a deal which the press is deliberately spinning out? By 2027 both of these guys could well become irrelevant.

Spend three years away, come back for the world cup. Absolutely get fucked.
100% agree, no one should ever be an automatic selection after being away that long playing micky mouse rugby in Japan.
