    105.5Kgs.<br />
    <br />
    main reason for loss is better eating than week previous, Thurs night tennis went to 3 sets and a tie breaker in 30 odd deg's, missed dinner one night, only a couple of beers after work instead of a couple every night.

    Paj - this is a Jenny Craig one that might work for you....<table class="MsoNormalTable" style="" border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0"><tbody><tr style=""><td style="padding: 0in;" valign="top"><table class="MsoNormalTable" style="width: 100%;" width="100%" border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0"><tbody><tr style=""><td style="width: 100%; padding: 1.5pt;" width="100%"><table class="MsoNormalTable" style="" border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0"><tbody><tr style=""><td style="padding: 0in;" valign="top"><br />
    </td></tr></tbody></table></td></tr></tbody></table></td></tr></tbody></table>A guy calls a company and orders their 5-day, 10 lb. Weight loss program.<br />
    <br />
    The next day, there's a knock on the door and there stands before him a voluptuous, athletic,19 year old babe dressed in nothing but a pair of Nike running shoes and a sign around her neck.<br />
    <br />
    She introduces herself as a representative of the weight loss company. The sign reads, 'If you can catch me, you can have me.'<br />
    <br />
    Without a second thought, he takes off after her. A few miles later huffing and puffing, he finally gives up..<br />
    <br />
    The same girl shows up for the next four days and the same thing happens.<br />
    <br />
    On the fifth day, he weighs himself and is delighted to find he has lost 10 lbs. as promised. He calls the company and orders their 5-day/20 pound program.<br />
    <br />
    The next day there's a knock at the door and there stands the most stunning, beautiful, sexy woman he has ever seen in his life.. She is wearing nothing but<br />
    Reebok running shoes and a sign around her neck that reads, 'If you catch me you can have me'.<br />
    <br />
    Well, he's out the door after her like a shot. This girl is in excellent shape and he does his best, but no such luck. So for the next four days, the same routine happens with him gradually getting in better and better shape.<br />
    <br />
    Much to his delight on the fifth day when he weighs himself, he discovers that he has lost another 20 lbs. As promised. He decides to go for broke and calls the company to order the 7-day/50 pound program<br />
    <br />
    'Are you sure?' asks the representative on the phone..... 'This is our most rigorous program.'<br />
    'Absolutely,' he replies, 'I haven't felt this good in years.'<br />
    <br />
    The next day there's a knock at the door; and when he opens it he finds a huge muscular guy standing there wearing nothing but pink running shoes and a sign around his neck that reads, 'If I can catch you, you're mine.'<br />
    <br />
    He lost 63 pounds that week.

    OK, been awhile since my last confession. Father I have sinned...<br />
    <br />
    Weight is the same, but have been eating a tonne of meat home made chips and eggs all grown on farm, only the table spoon of olive oil is off farm, but not to far, Paul Holmes just down the road.<br />
    <br />
    I have also been grilling venison/lamb patties for lunch.<br />
    <br />
    At least not gaining weight, but not lossing it, which is the goal.<br />
    <br />
    Next problem is wife is flying off to UK for 3 weeks which is a disaster for me as I go meat crazy.

    Well, you could go on a temp Atkins diet and eat all the meat you want and drop the carbs? Won't be doing your heart any favours...

    lean meat - rip into it!!<br />
    <br />
    try the atkins thing, it should work over 3 weeks, and you would not want to do it much longer than that, as it is pretty tough by all accounts, but once your body starts to use the fat reserves for energy, as you are not taking in the carbs, you should lose some weight.<br />
    <br />
    Your wifre might wonder where all the meat has gone though after three weeks...

    Heart pfft...who needs one of them. I shall look into it. The neigbours are doing a sort of meat no bread, no glutin diet....they have bacon and eggs for breakfast, cooked lunch of meat and bugger all for dinner.

    Nothing like a bit of hard graft to knock the weight off. Nearly finished calving and it's been a hard slog on our own. Averaging 14 hr days with little time for stops, and have dopped down to 101kgs this morning.

    A mate of mine has a better half who works every saturday morning so after dropping her off he pops round to my place for the biggest dirtiest fry up imaginable. Whilst sadly not ideal everyday ( Bacon, sangers, Eggs mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm ) all that protein and fark all carbs hasn't increased our weight any....

    Sorry for late reply Raz.<br />

    Off the top of my head I think 1995, worked in a woolstore in Gisborne and mate and I, both Props, would do a bit of pre season training pressing bales. Had big set of scales that we kept weighing ourselves trying to get under a hundy. Sadly since then I have lost the fight against gravity.
