Yep Auckland not much hope when Canterbury are getting the rub of the green.

I hope GPT is one of the ones off contract - he can fuck off.

If Enari had a chance to be selected for the Maori ABs, then he can forget about that now. Always awful seeing a player going off like that.

Has anyone seen a replay of the big cleanout (Prattley?). Lucky to stay on the field?

@tim Yes, I'm surprised he's not even penalised.

@stargazer On the other hand, Canterbury very lucky not to be carded for a professional foul there.

Second half will be interesting. Canterbury have their first choice frontrow waiting on the bench.

Very impressed by Plummer. For one year out of school he looks really really good.

Nice to see Auckland showing some ticker.

@kiwimurph Love how he isn't afraid to take the line on. Playing like a tough St Peter's boy.

We'll probably go on to lose but at least they're having a go unlike most of our performances this season.

@african-monkey He also seems like a good decision maker - and that is helping the backline a lot.

He'll need to increase his punt distance, and work on moving straight ahead when passing (he turns his body a lot at times). Very good composure so far for a 19 yo.

    "Nice"?

That's an extremely tame adjective for you. 🙂

I would have almost expected, "The awesomely destructive Prattley decimates a Canterbury scrum".

    But, it's Prattley.

However, having decided he's a scud missile, Prattley puts himself on full launch mode. That clean out bears some looking at.

I've been up very late on conference calls this week - I just don't have my usual energy!
