Okey dokey - time to check in.<br />
<br />
106.0kg Lost 0.3kg this week, 7.5kg overall in 7 weeks.<br />
<br />
Measurements:<br />
Chest 108cm (+3cm, -2 overall)<br />
Waist 106cm (+4cm, -2 overall)<br />
Hips 106cm (+1cm, -2 overall)<br />
<br />
Hmmm ...<br />
<br />
Little bit pissed with the weight as a couple of days ago I weighted myself at 105.5 (which I was for twoi days running - Sat & Sun) and did nothing untoward in between times. However - then I have to say to myself - hey I lost 300g this week. Cool. So not THAT pissed. Must be all lthe muscle I'm putting on <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/rugby/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' /> .<br />
<br />
Think I may have fucked up my measurements though ... something odd happneing there.

FAT FAT FAT. Yep, don't be afraid to use that word, dead bloody right. Only time to pussy foot around that is with kids when they're not mentally hard enough to say it. But adults - YOU sir, are FAT. Nothing wrong with that!!<br />
<br />
<br />
Yeah my mates and I have no issue calling eachother fat fluffybunnys if someone has been stretching the shirt or jeans a bit much. Womenfolk you have to be a bit more delicate with.....

Absolutely - I would never say "fat fluffybunny" when referring to a female. "Fat bitch" works far better <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/rugby/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/yes.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':yes:' />

Those fluctuations piss me right off some days. After 94.9 on Monday I have been 95.3 and 95.4 the next two days.<br />
<br />
But then I ask myself "when was the last time you weighed in under 96 three days in a row?" and smile to myself <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/rugby/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' /><br />
<br />
I haven't done a lot of pure aerobic work in that time. Today I'm riding the bike to and from work, and will do hundred pushups tonight. Tomorrow, who knows? Might still be mid 95, might not. As long as I'm doing regular exercise, and watching the diet going into Saturday's weigh and measure, I should keep meeting my goals.

rookie mistakes (and one that I'd still be making, but I keep forgetting to weight myself). Weigh yourself once a week. AT most. Same time, same place etc. Not daily, not unless you are leaning down for a bodybuilding contest...<br />
<br />
and THEN it can really fark with your brain...!

I do it mainly because of dinner. My wife puts a fair bit of variety into her cooking, so while the basic rules always hold true (pasta and rice are useless, watch the quantity) sometimes its good to know what effect the day to day is having when new recipes are put on the table.<br />
<br />
Plus it provides good scare tactics towards the official weigh in - keeps me on the straight and narrow.

Weighing daily doesn't phase me. WHat pissed me off was I only lost 0.3kg this week. That would have pissed me off whether I knew I was lighter a day either side or not. Until I put it in perspective (a littloe) and accepted that I had lost 0.3kg this week.

I thought there was something odd with my measurements last week ... seems they have righted themselves ...

Fluid or a slight mistake getting the tape in the right place mate <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/rugby/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' /><br />
<br />
I do my measurements in front of the mirror to make sure I get it consistent and level around the back.

Bit slow this week. I blame Mrs boo for leading me astray and poruing booze down my throat. Need to refocus. Still a loss of weight though - but need to up the effort.

Week 10...<br />
<br />
104.6kg Lost 0.4kg this week, 8.9kg overall in 10 weeks.<br />
<br />
Measurements:<br />
Chest 106cm (-4cm, -4 overall)<br />
Waist 100cm (-1cm, -7 overall)<br />
Hips 102cm (+2cm, -8 overall)<br />
<br />
Still trending down - got to be good. Really can't follow what I'm doing with my measurements - I think I lack consistency there...

belt - looser = good, tighter = bad.<br />
<br />
Tee shirts - tighter on chest while belt is looser = good. Tighter on chest AND belly while belt is also tighter = very bad.<br />
<br />
Those are about the only measures I take, although with my dodgy bicep getting better, I might run a tape over both of them to see what size has changed....

Hi there folks ... have not been avoid you all ... well OK I have. Have struggled through the Christmas period, including the build up and all the functions and ill discipline of being off work and have bounced around the 104ish mark.<br />
<br />
I initially avoided checking in here as I had a couple of weekly bumps upwards - and after that I just never made time to check in here. I still weighed pretty regulalry and have kep up the gym (although it got a bit quiet for a week or two and couldn't do much over Christmas ... and missed this morning so I could update you all ... <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/rugby/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' /> ).<br />
