Manu Samoa struck by halfback injury crisis

What can you guys lets us know about him as I cannot recollect ever having read anything about him much less seen him play, presumably he must be some relation of Howard Sililoto. (You will need to scroll to the end of the article to see the announcement)

His selection now gives Northland two international props on their roster, joining Flying Fijian Ropate Rinakama.

I'd say that is definitely Howard just a mistake. Great scrummager. Feet for hands but good defender
