I like the tartan pattern on the Highlanders home jersey. Their away jersey however looks like something a NRL ref wears.
The black Canes jersey is noice

I like the Canes (the dark one), Crusaders , Blues and Highlanders away jerseys, and the pattern on the Highlanders home jersey.
Edit: just looked at the All Blacks website and they say that the yellow Canes jersey is the home jersey and the dark one their away jersey.

Blues (the back is plain orange, with the Barfoot Thompson logo printed at the upper back and the Mike Greer logo at the lower back)
Chiefs (the back is plain black with Gallagher printed in orange letters at the lower back)
Hurricanes (the back is plain black with Resene printed in white letters at the upper back)
Crusaders (the back is plain black)
Highlanders (the back is plain grey with University of Otago printed at the upper back)
