I do think it is in part stress (given I have probably done less exercise the past 2 weeks) we have been thinking about selling our place, buying a section and building...fark it sucks just thinking about that sh!t!

You cant be too far off! -
Struggling to find time to exercise at the moment...<img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/rugby/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':(' />

Went for a run on Wednesday but that was it this week.

Spent all day moving shit and cleaning the section (more of same tomorrow) readying it for the influx of potential buyers over the next few weeks, just hope themfuckers next door don't scare any off with their bass music playing! -
Crank out that burpee workout yo!! or walking shoulder press with the boxes as you load the car/truck!

You've been working hard so you should get by with the odd run or weights session. Clearing the section will be keeping you busy. Exercise will be good for dealing to stress over negotiations etc - plus you will look buff'er when you need to menace the neighbours! -
well it wont be tonight, have someone coming through tonight to look (hopefully a good sign as we only signed up with agent on Thursday) so will need to take kids for a walk as MRs TR is out.

Weight still dropping...88.6kg this morning, and I eat alot yesterday (inc breads) with a Lamb Roast with Yorkshires for dinner too, and a beer - large part stress, although I was bloody busy all weekend and was hot!! -
88.0kg this morning...

took the kids for a swim this morning.

Workout this arternoon;

Warm up on punch bag

Deadlifts x 20 (60kg) hammer/tyre x 25 each side, 20 jumping lunges, 25 press ups, 20 ez bar (20kg) planks with hand to wall x 50 = x 3 -
useless buggar returns, hopefully now with the house (all but) sold, a rental in the pipelines and everything else falling into place, I can get my head back in the game!

87.5kg this morning

Neutral grip angled pull ups
Unweighted squats
Press ups
Planks - hand to wall (above shoulder height)
Mountain climbers -
Humid as hell out there today!

warm up on the punch bag, got a decent sweat up right there!!

100 squats @60kg (25,25,20,15,15 - give or take 5-10 sec rest between sets)
100 dips
100 (ea side) hammer/tyre
150 plank/wall

pretty well farked after that. -
haha yeah, the stress has impacted me in that I have felt almost like I wanna hurl, so working out or running was not somethign I felt remotely like doing, so was very easy not to.

Hopefully house goes unconditional on Tues/Wed, we can start looking for a rental while we build and I can start hitting some trails again.

My weight has stabilised too, even if I am about 2kg under my target (want to stay ~90kg, but sitting under 88 at present, which aint a bad thing) -
Spent the morning moving stuff form the house into the trailer, then moving off trailer into my parents house...still struggling with time to do stuff, but once we move out into a rental over ANZAC Day - weekend, things should get back to normal, living out in the sticks for 3-4 months.

Warm up on punch bag
100 dead lifts, 100 box jumps, 100 (ea side) hammer/tyre, 100 skull crushers, 100 plank/wall -
Warm up on the punch bag

100 squats standing on med ball (solid rubber, so used handles above head for balance)
100 med-ball sq. thrusters with a throw of the ball at the top
100 ez bar curls
100 (not sure what they are called) but down on all fours, extend right arm and left leg to horizontal for reps, then left arm and right leg
100 plank-wall (abs were still sore after Sunday)

Been doing light running and lotsa walking just to do something with my world in disaray at present. We start moving out in 2 weeks, so once in the temp-new house out in the sticks I'll get stuck in again (plenty of firewood to chop)

Weight sitting between 88-89kg now. -
It's been 11 days. Hope things are good for you in paradise there in the North, and you have been able to find some time to keep up some workouts. Let's see those log lifting and throwing, and chopping workouts soon....
e.g. 80kg log-lift onto shoulders, walk 100m, drop, lift and return, chop into firewood in 5 minutes, repeat.
also...lift log, move it 10m. drop. jump over it 10 times. repeat 10 times. chop the fecker up in 5 minutes.
Heh. <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/rugby/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';)' />
Any others have workout ideas? -
hah, yeah been for 2 runsn (new PB on one of my routes, having to push a bit harder and feel it after) and 2 workouts in that time...just more of the same so havent been posting it.

Move is this weekend, so lots of lifting and carrying, will get my gym stuff set up in the garage and have a load of firewood to cut! Although some needs a chainsaw first...

weight unchanged in last couple of week, although I have seen a few people I havent seen for ages and they all commented on the weight loss. -
workout tonight;

100 pull ups (cheats with feet on a chair just in front of me)
100 push ups (feet raised a foot)
120 unweighted squats (feet to floor, clap at top)
100 planks - hand to wall

Just biding my time, punch bag and weights packed up or have shit stacked on it in the garage.
