For some reason I don't share your confidence - I think they call it experience.

    THIS IS OUR WEEK

Weirdly, I have a good feeling about this game. We have done some good damage to the Tahs in the past ... hopefully that continues this week.

Also, this feels like an abusive relationship.

NRL officials asked for an investigation into the surface at Brookvale aka Knee Surgeon's Paradise.

Hooper will play a good game as its in his home territory but the rest of them will wonder what kind of poorly-lit, 70s horror film they just walked into.

It really is a shit hole.

Tana isn't completely bad at management. His "expectation management" is superb - keep losing and the fans expect nothing.

The Blues are also more consistent they they have ever been previously...I shouldn't need to explain that.

@snowy mate, I support Northland, I am always looking for a silver lining, somewhere, any glimmer of hope, any spark, ANYTHING.

How about the 2nd half for a change?

The Blues have often led at HT, particularly in the NZ derbies, and found a way to lose the match.

@nzzp I see the Blues were leading the series 8-1 after 2004.

    Lost 5-7 since then.

So a lot of close losses in Sydney, but losses nonetheless since 2003.

That would be different. I did mention that they are developing some consistency so a second half win seems unlikely.

    I almost bought into this:

Then you ruined it by pointing out that we haven't won in SYD for over a decade.

Sadly that is true. I am old enough to remember when they were quite good.

@kiwimurph Didn't notice that 2017 was missing. There is hope!
Well not really, we are worse this year than last.

That's the one I was thinking of! That was a huge result for us ... hopefully we can do the same thing again.

Also, I LOOOOOOVE this conference system. PLaying the Tahs away two years in a row. Mmmm yeah baby.

Worst Blues season of all time results wise, Sydney away, yep, Tahs are unbackable favourites @NTA

Done all I can for the hoodoo.

Has Tana moved Rieko to prop yet?

@kirwan you're assuming God won't strike Folau down for hating on gay people.

Other than that, our pack is going to get dished up with the ABs returning to Tana's menagerie of discombobulation.
