Had a team dinner at a local brewery last night... Well it's a glorified pub where they supposedly make their own beer. But the Pale Ale was nice, if a bit sweet. Barramundi was good too.

Anyone got suggestions?
-
Bad weekend for eating
Back was sore after yesterday's working bee shit. Had a nap this afternoon and then, while watching the ODI, decided to crack out some push ups as the back felt better
Run this morning - 5.04 in 26:33. Time nothing special but I wasn't feeling the most motivated. Walked another 2km home in 18:50.

Hopped on the scales and was 92.0 even, so a bit of work to do in the next 24 hours to crack last week's 91.6. Lots of water, minimal anything else.

Tomorrow will be halfway in the current cycle so if I get to 91, the result will look like something between 89 and 90 by the time I finish. Would like to get in under 89 and work on settling there before the next attempt come Spring. -

So this week I'll have to take it up a notch - more running for starters, along with incidental exercise like taking the stairs at work, removing the extra bits of sugar etc.

Three weeks to get under 90. -
