How the hell is that not a penalty?

How was what not a penalty?

He was clearly tackled and propelled himself up. That was obviously not momentum. Clearest double movement you will see.

Awesome try saver from Jordie; also great tackle from Goosen.

Completely disagree. Slid for ages, only reached out at the end. Dropped it cold.

Nice pimply giraffe, very good work

Jordie makes up for being run past like a slow bus by doing very well to get back and holding the Brumby up over the line.

You can reach out but you can't propel your body upwards.

Try Brumboys. Less than 3 minutes to go; Canes are going to suffer a third loss in a row.

Don't have sky where I'm staying. Can someone watching give feedback on how JGB if going tonight please? I have never rated him and it appears neither did the Rebels who did not retain him after his performances over there last season.

He's been fine. It's everyone else who has been shit.

One of JGB strength is his kicking game. So for Wellington last year he was great at clearing the line when hard on defense. Every time he got the ball in this game he passed or ran

The Canes coaches had three week to see what's going wrong. One issue is playing in the in own half far too much. Yet they still did it this game. Also Jordie's wasted at center. It not that he's no good there but he's MUCH better at FB with his skill set. He started for the ABs at FB yet these clown coaches leave him at center.

So three starts at center for three losses and the backs didn't really do a thing. The midfield combination clearly isn't working. Time to move on and to try sometime different. But for me the Canes need new back/ attack coaches. We will never have a great forward pack and Plumtree does very well with what's available but the backs have gone to shit in recent games.

Typical Canes. Always have to make it a competition against the landers. Well you still lost, no one could have got close to landers level of shit this week.

Goosen tried his heart out, some brilliant defence to try save the Canes bacon at times.

That's either superb trolling or lots of wine. That's as clear as you can get for "double movement".

Goosen should start at center to see what he can do. Move Jordie to FB and MS to wing. The starting back-line just isn't working. So time to try something different.

Game on now for 2nd in the NZC and a home QF. The Chiefs-Canes game in the final round could determine that, assuming both teams win next round and the Highlanders don't upset the Crusaders.
