    @baron-silas-greenback

    I would be very happy to see that but you didn’t have to start by schooling us in the difference between championship and PL at Craven Cottage

    No charity at all from Uncle Woy

    The viewing numbers for the EPL in NZ are very low so Spark could just be repeating the failure of Coliseum Sports. As a fan I don't even subscribe to beIN.

    I'm one of the few that has bein. Depending on the price I wouldn't mind getting an on demand subscription so I can watch it on any device

    I'm only interested in watching sport on a big screen, and preferrably in HD. Streaming to a device only with no casting would be a big step backwards.

    The devil will be in the details of what Spark will offer, the platforms they will support, and most importantly the price.

    I used to watch the coliseum feed on my laptop while on treadmill. Kill 2 birds with 1 stone

    @canefan
    Further to the viewing numbers of the EPL on Sky, I saw this info:

    The EPL represents 0.3% of the viewing on the Sky platform. This is even after taking all the free-to-air channels out. By comparison the NBA is over 2%.

    It's like the summer never happened.

    City are running rough-shod all over the competition. Lost our best player? No worries, we'll stick 6 past our next opponents.

    Arsenal have come away from their incredibly tough start with nothing. Man U have already had a slip that no one can have if they are chasing City down.

    Liverpool have won twice which is nice. Chelsea and Spurs also. But 2 games in, and it feels like everyone is playing for 2nd.

    Fulham are successfully lulling everyone into an appearance of mediocrity.

    It's so fiendishly clever it has the appearance of stupidity. Just imagine how good we'd have been if we hadn't spent 100,000,000 quid.

    They actually played quite well against Spurs. They will trouble other sides if they can maintain that level of effort

    @canefan Yeah I actually agree but they need to get something out of the Burnley game next up.

    They have some good players but they need to gel. Lot of newcomers still getting to know each other and the manager.

    Wonder how the six regulars from last season who took them up feel about not being able to get game time

    It's always dangerous buying too many first team replacements. You sacrifice team cohesion and spirit erodes

    Red Manchester getting Towelled Up by Spurs at Old Trafford. Now just gone 0-3

    MAN UTD 0-2 TOTTENHAM

    83: Spurs show no signs of crumbling as Eriksen now fancies getting in on the act as he takes the ball on and fires over. The Spurs fans ask, "Is there a fire drill?" as the United supporters head for the exits.

    West Ham looked pretty ominous yesterday. Quite a few brilliant opportunities. But man it was required after the shit start.

    Liverpool and Man City still looking like the teams to beat. Although Chelsea are just cruising along too. Spurs not exactly on a great run into their new home ...
