Ardie, Ofa and Karl T. - Sam Cane if there'd be 4 votes.

    Ardie
    Codie

Reckon Moody might be getting a bit worried about his LH spot. Karl with the greatest debut propping season ever for an AB.

@dogmeat I guess the worrying thing is that if Mr T really can cover tighthead then we could end up in a match with an all hairdresser front row - Kane, Codie and Karl. With Dane backing up. Ugh.

    Can you please explain?

If it makes sense and is funny I'll even give you an upvote

    Ardie
    TJP
    Cane

    In that order

TJP was superb. He organised well and his defending was top drawer.

    Olo Brown?

Kicked off, came from nowhere and debuted at 23. Played Ireland, Australia and SA in his first year out. Then only missed 2 tests in 8 years and was (and is) one of the finest props to have laced boots.

    1992
6 Jun vs Ireland at Wellington 59-6
21 Jun vs Western Australia at Perth 80-0
    28 Jun vs N.S.W. at Sydney 41-9
4 Jul vs Australia at Sydney 15-16
12 Jul vs Queensland at Brisbane 26-19
19 Jul vs Australia at Brisbane 17-19
25 Jul vs Australia at Sydney 26-23
1 Aug vs Natal at Durban 43-25
8 Aug vs Junior South Africa at Pretoria 25-10
15 Aug vs South Africa at Johannesburg 27-24

Might need to kick a conversion to be ahead of Kent Lambert! 🙂

You'd have to go some to have a more startling debut than Lambert

In 1971 he was playing club rugby as a flanker.

In 1972 he decided to try out as a prop.

Within 12 months he represented NZ Universities, Junior AB's, made his AB debut as a mid weeker (kicking that conversion) made his test debut against Scotland (mighty Mouse Ian McLaughlin) scoring a try and NZ Maori. And competed in the Golden Shears.

    All before he turned 21!!!!!

Then fucks off to league after helping beat the Lions in 77 because he can't afford to stay in rugby
