ummm photoshop could be a great place to start!!

we split our workouts so we do chest and biceps, back and tris, shoulders and legs.

reason you don't do bench or biceps with tris is that the tris do a lot of work when your on the bench...

For mean shoulders...

A great three exercise super-set (10 reps for each with 3 )

1. Standing incline shoulder press (weight 15-20kg each side)
2. Standing upright row (using barbell - 20-25kg)
3. Dumbbell extensions - have arms down by waist and raise them up to shoulder level, then rotate them in while keeping at shoulder height (using dumbbells 6-8kg)

I've had issues building up my shoulders and this one works a treat - the last exercise really helps with definition too

    those photos look freakish

i think those big fucking elastic bands at the gym work well if you double or quad them up. Good resistance level and no limit to the amount of strain you can put yourself under

It was about the guy in the pics here. What a nutter. Shot steroids directly into his arms and when one went bad filmed himself draining the pus, blood and other shit out with a manky old syringe. Disgusting!

Extreme bodybuilding is scary.

I'm glad I've managed to resist the temptation ...

Are you sure it was steriods? I think it will be synthonal, an oil that can be injected directly to the arms.

Some Bodybuilders use it to get more peak in the bicep however they are shunned within bodybuilding (even for minor shaping, not the crazy shit these amatuers in thepics are doing). It's easy to spot at a contest because the peak isn't natural looking and has bulges, also the synthonal needs to be added often so there will be track marks by the 'muscle'

I don't know, but the guy in the prog and pics here admitted to taking a lot of steroids in his bid to boost his already big arms still further.

He also talked about injecting directly into the muscle and using dirty needles, which is where the infection came from. I don't know if he was injecting synthol or steroids.

He had to go to ER in the end and have the bicep hacked up to get rid of the problem. He was also arrested and convicted of dealing huge amounts of steroids. Oh and his girlfiend died of an overdose.

what Mogwai suggested-bent over row is good for the back, for shoulders lat pull down in front is what they suggest for not stressing the shoulders, and wide grip chinups are recommended too.

i split bis and tris onto seperate days and do back or chest at the same time.

bis and tris are always left til the end of the session and the bigger muscle groups are worked first

currently doing cable curls, seated curls where on decline the dumbells are turned at an angle (gets a very strong stretch) and preacher curls 4 sets ea of 6 reps

i dont spend too much time on my shoulders as they are naturally well developed so only upright rows and lateral raises , secondary workouts via wide grip chin ups and presses etc
